If any order is cancelled prior to the submission of the filing to the state, Start Biz Here Inc. will refund the total amount of your payment minus a preparation fee of thirty dollars ($30.00).

Due to the fact that we have no control over the state filing procedures if Start Biz Here Inc. receives a request to cancel any order after the order has been processed and the documents to be filed have been prepared and sent to the state no refund will be issued.

Payments that have already been applied toward state filing fees, corporate kits or registered agent services for any order are nonrefundable.

Refunds can not be issued after 30 days of order placement date.
